How useful is iNet+ for landing a job?

After reading books on A+, Network+ and iNet+, I am more interested in
the iNet+.  I retired with disability from a law-enforcement job, and
am considering to learn new skills to enter new field of employment.

I like to know if I get certified iNet+, is it easy to get a job? I
have been maintaining my web site with skills in html, css and
Javacript for several years, so I like iNet+ better.

If iNet+ is not enough, what other skills I have to learn, or other
certificates I have to obtain?
