First off, I run the Testout from disc.
They hang when they get to the the grey screen, before it actually
switches over to the lab. The simulations run fine from the first disc,
but the disc 2 sim labs are the ones that do the hanging.
I cleaned the CD-ROM and rebooted, but no luck.
I tried installing the Tesout software on my PC, and I get the same
results as above. I tried the Testoutupdate.exe patch from their web
site, and still no luck.
By the way, I'm running it on Windows XP, SP2, patched up the wazoo, AMD
Athlon XP processor with 1 GB of RAM.
Anyone else have this problem? And if so, how did you fix it? Thanks in
advance.
