I like "test prep" because some of their preperation includes a pass
guarantee.  Anyplace that is offering a free sub-set of their tests you
should at least get the free tests.  See if: www.techtutorials.net is
helpful.  I have a "Thompson Course Technologies" book on Network+ but I
have not tried the test simulator yet.  Check your local "Half Price
Bookstore" francise and see if they have some Network+ prep books with
exams.

The Network+ for dummies book might have a good exam simulator.

Make sure whatever you get is setup for the current Network+ exam not an
older one.
