1. If you can afford it - pass the exam. It's a very good means to
self-check.
2. Maybe it's not very popular with employers, but it's in fact the only
recognized Linux certification, maybe except LPIC.
3. I think that as the time p***** RHCE/RHCT will be more and more
recognized.
Preparation: you can go for RH301 / RH302 course - it preapres to taking
the certification exam. It's worht the money, mainly as an ocassion to
roundup your knowledge. It helps also to pass the exam, teaches the
tricks and quirks. But those courses won't help you if you don't use
Linux as your primary OS and preferably let it be Fedora or RHEL/CentOS .
