are underfunded:
USA = 2.6% of that countrys GDP
France = 1.1% of their GDP
Germany = 1.1% of their GDP
U.K. = 1.1% of their GDP
Some scientists even argue that Europes eduation system
(and Germanys in particular) is antiquated and a relic of
feudalism.
