Interesting experience at IU Bloomington this past May. If you go into
the main building of the Teter Residence Quadrangle (I think it's just
called Teter), try to get to the south stairs. Take those to the top,
climb the ladder, and open up the (usually) unlocked roof access. Have
fun exploring!
Also, take elevator / stairs down into the basement / subfloor area.
There are interconnecting hallways, lounges, etc. that will not only
get you quickly and quietly between the residence halls, but a few
doors lead to 'steam tunnels' (so-called) as well as various roof
access. Be wary of the occassional RA however, as a specific one tends
to lurk about with a bad temper. Easy to avoid, though; just hide and
stay quiet and he won't look.
