That's the down side of the internet. The only way to get rid of things
like this would be some form of censor****p. I personally would prefer to
keep things uncensored.
You can always just ignore spam like this.

Most probably aren't interested.
However I would think that by spamming many newsgroups, people like this
will reach some who are interested, which is why spamming works.
Unfortunate but true.
