Forms are being used increasingly in a wide variety of settings. It
may be a do***ent with form fields for the person to fill out and
return. It has now become common to have to fill out online forms on
the Web including registering for a newsletter or providing credit
card details on a secure server. Making these accessible is not all
that difficult, but, if it is not done, the user may not understand
what information is desired in each form field. This is true whether
the form is in a Word or PDF do***ent or whether it is on the Web.
