Greetings!
I've published a paper I wrote some years ago on the digital divide. The
paper examines the digital divide as a concept, defines it as an ongoing
and worsening phenomenon (as of the reaserch at any rate), goes on to
explore measurable benefits in federal and nonprofit programs dealing with
the digital divide, then on to focus on benefits of computers in
education.
I post in the hopes that someone might continue certain aspects of the
research and that some of the ideas contained might be usefull.
