Neat science kits for homeschoolers

by "George" <gbernstein@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Nov 28, 2005 at 01:07 AM

We live in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and came upon something that I think
would be of interest to home-schoolers. Back in October, the town had a
street fair with many vendors selling handmade items from jewelry to
pottery
to funnel cakes (yuck). We came upon a booth called "Connor's Kits for
Kids." Wondering what this was we stopped by to see. They were selling
science kits packaged in mailing tubes. We were greeted by Connor, who if
I
remember, was 11. He explained each of the kits, and how his parents
helped
him develop them. The kits were about $7 and looked like they would be
great
for homeschoolers.

We grabbed a card - turns out Connor created his own website to sell the
kits.
