This is quite true. There is some company called Unicru, I think, that
tests
all applicants online with a 200 page personality test. They are looking
for
people who are too intelligent, creative or clever to function as a retail
drone. This company tests ALMOST ALL major retailers(as well as other job
categories, reorgs and merger changes) and could keep a perminant database
of personality test results, indexed by Social Security Number, for all we
know.
In other words, it would be EASY to sabotage anyone's chances at
employment
with a little personal information and filling out fake job applications
in
their names. If Unicru stores the results forever, they may just
disqualify
you as a nut for life if someone else made you look like one.
I think WM uses an in-house test.
