Yep!

Yep!
I can't speak for Ninure but what I hear her say is that although she is
with Mark on the more liberal end of the spectrum about some matters (eg.
social justice issues), she finds a discrepancy between Mark's distaste of
fundamentalists' unloving attitudes, and his own apparent lack of love...
So
there's 'cognitive dissonance' operating here...
'Lynx's problems are (were?) with Mark's put-downs when he tried to ask
serious questions, or defend 'fundamentalist stupidities'... which evoked
tit-for-tat responses.
Mark - I like him, his humour, his openness to new understandings of
this'nthat, but, with lynx and Ninure I don't like his attitude - and
self-syling as a modern satirist is no excuse for that,,,
As for Athanasius... well I like him too, but I'd like him to tell us the
cut-off point time-wise when 'Christian truth' ceased to be taught by
Christian scholars... 'The Lord has yet more light and truth to break
forth
from his holy Word...' or is that not true any more?
I'm back... Hi everyone...
