I blame that on Hilary Clinton.

When I was a child in the State of ILL that repeatedly tortured me.
When I tried to stop it they prosecuted me for it.
I met Bill Clinton in 1982 and told him about it. He told me that his
wife was fighting to stop the abuse but that it would take years to go
through the courts. The years went by and instead of it being a state
thing it is now a world issue.
Our country is torturing children around the world.
