The word you wanted is "immunity" Persons with an "immunity"
are not liable. Or you might have said "impose liability" but
the immunity in effect currently is a big part of the problem.
The other one is ppl taking it upon themselves to re****t
others. One sub-text in this "Hard Lemonade" fiasco is that
someone, somewhere is ready to re****t YOU for no reason at
all. Had the security guard simply said "oops, now you know"
nothing would have happened. One wonders why he (or she) took
it upon themselves to re****t it to stadium authorities.
Likewise, one wonders at the motivations of the persons
(as yet unidentified) who re****ted 1. the malfunction at
the firing range in WI which led to the recent travesty when
David Olafson was convicted of transferring an illegal weapon,
and 2. the attempted confiscation of legally carried
weapons in Dickson, PA.
