I was only going to do one new post, today, but this couldn't be
overlooked. I wandered over to John McCain's website, today. I
rarely go there, but, out of my hope for a strong conservative VP, I
go there from time to time to catch up on news posted, there. What I
saw, today, was EXTREMELY interesting news. This link...

....has a post of text from the Florida governor touting McCain as the
independent choice. The fact that all these people keep touting
McCain as the middle-of-the road moderate only reinforces my own
reservations about him (as being the "conservative" he claimed) during
the primary. His addition of a conservative VP, then, seems the best
way to add sup****t for his ticket.
That being said, and getting back to my point, the link above has a
prepared text by JOE LIEBERMAN, campaigning for John McCain to be
President. In this text, he points to his own credentials as a former
Democrat VP and that he caucuses with the Democrats. This he uses to
found his claim of McCain as the moderate choice. What does it say
when the Democrat VP that faced Bush and Gore in 2000 is, now,
campaigning for McCain. Both conclusions you can reach (that McCain
is to the left and Democrats will vote for him) seem justified.
