A Republican (Tim Pawlenty) is the Chair of Education Commission of
the States, an interstate organization and compact among the states
for education, for the next two years. Past Democrat Chairs have
included Bill Clinton, Evan Bayh, Roy Romer, and...most
recently...Kathleen Sebelius. Past GOP Chairs have included John
Ashcroft, Tommy Thompson, and Mike Huckabee.
I just thought it needed to be noted.
