we don't know. 

But it sounds like it is not about ANY religion.

That does not necessarily follow.  But no one has said that religious
schools and organizations are extensions of the government.

PBS is NOT pu****ng any specific religious view.  The article indicates
that they are re****ting on science, which is not religion.
