Gencircle lack of privacy

I provided some family information to a fellow researcher.  This over 
the weekend I learned that GENCIRCLE had allowed information on living 
members of the family to be published to their website.

I have contacted the researcher and he says that GENCIRCLE will not 
allow him to remove the information.

I have tried to contact GENCIRCLE but there is no way that I found to 
contact the owner of the website.  The only way that contact is allowed 
is if your join.  I am not about to join GENCIRCLE when they have such a 
disregard for the privacy of the individuals.

This is a copy of GENCIRCLE privacy policy which they do not follow.

Is there any alternative way to get the information off of GENCIRCLE
