Go to
http://www.gencircles.com/

Then click on help.  Go down the
listing to "Privacy".   The last option to click on is "Another user has
published private information regarding my family".

I didn't go further than that but believe it will give you what you want. 
I
have my genealogy information posted there and have found them helpful and
polite to work with.  Good Luck.
