being born, and aquiring citizen****p
getting married or divorced
and dying and being buried

are all public events
and subject to official reords
in any village everybody knows what is going on

even moving house is a public event - only criminals need to conceal this

some of these are of public record to help prevent bigamy and other crimes

thw 1930 cut off and the Living Watkins formula which I use are purely a 
matter of courtesy
