Where on the death registration do these details appear ? They could
mean very different things in different sections. The rest of the
relevant section is also im****tant for proper interpretation; if these
were in the "cause of death" then O.W. might be e.g. "Old Wound" and
"dis'd" could be "diseased" or something entirely different when
accompanied by words which suggest otherwise.
