I would go to www.raogk.com and read the first page and then click on 
the "Guidelines for making requests" link a little ways down the page.

You can find volunteers in that county and send them a message with the 
above data. Hopefully someone will live in that city or nearby and can
look up your info at a library or newspaper office since it is not too 
far back in time.  Next to each volunteer's name it will say what things 
they specialize in helping with. (^:
