Some American uses this as a motto on www.birdforum.net. 
I don't think it means much, even corrected it remains clumsy. 

 Evertjan: 
> Senium could be the genitivus pluralis of Senex 
> Victus could be pp of vivo. "Lived" 
> Usus could be the pp of utor "to use, to enjoy"

All wrong. 
"victus" and "usus" are no passive participles. 
Genitivus pluralis of "senex" is "senum": 
   hic iuuenum chorus, ille senum, qui carmine laudes
   Herculeas et facta ferunt 
       Verg. Aen. VIII, 287
