This isn't real Hebrew'only back transcription but a funny thing 
happened. I just used a homebrew* input method in Emacs where the 
characters (glyphs) are arbitrarily assigned to similar sounding English 
letters (phonemes, not the standard Israeli keyboard layout, I'm 
sure.)and when I copypasted they were automagically written in right to 
left order in this reply made with the Thunderbird email program. If you 
can't see the glyphs try using Arial Unicode as a default font. 
Code2000, Gentium, and a few others should work too.
