Thanks for your reply. My research project is for a dissertation- I
realise that it's not a typical topic for such an endeavour but I've
been curious as to how far the internet has influenced the 'dead
language' debate ever since I stumbled across Vikipaedia. (My
favourite discovery so far has to be the Latin chat room. :) ) I'm
investigating the extent to which modern technology (i.e. the
internet, audio cds, etc) has spread the use and knowledge of Latin:
do you have any tips for my research? What are your own views on the
topic? Don't worry, I promise that I'm not going to steal your
opinions, I'm genuinely just curious!
