question for the group re exaudi

by James Ludwig <jmsludwig@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 8, 2008 at 10:48 AM

Hi Everyone,

I'm a choral singer and, as such, have sung for years in latin. I am
contemplating a tattoo of an excerpt of the Graduale Romanum, just the
word Exaudi.

However, as it will be on my body forever, I just wanted to confirm
that this is in fact a form of the word "listen, to listen, to hearken
to, etc."

I am a professional musician and this would mean quite a lot to me,
but I want to just make sure I'm not putting an odd conjugation on my
body for life.

Thanks,
James
