Virgil a cappella

I was awoken this morning by a blast from the radio of a passage from the 
Aeneid ("O socii neque enim ...") in a motet-like setting by Cipriano de 
Rore (d.1565):

Further investigation reveals that Cipriano was not alone amongst
composers 
of that era to set Virgil. Looks like they were all at it! -
