Although I don't understand the English, this might be close (by chance)
to what you mean.
Ultima meta inde orietur unde pristina semita duxerit.
As for learning Latin, try to find someone local who uses an aural
method. Preferably someone who teaches you hearing and speaking Latin
long before you look at anything in print.
