The language patterns you persistently use condition
the neuronic pathways within your body.
The neuronic pathways within your body connect directly
to your sense organs.
The way you condition these pathways - and repetition
of ANY form will reinforce that conditioning actually
physically modifies the way in which you perceive the
world.
That, in a nutshell, comprises the nexus of
neuro-LINGUISTIC-programming: the principles were
discovered aeons ago and can probably best be condensed
into the words of an ancient master practitioner as:
'as a man thinketh in his heart then so he is'.
You demonstrate the way in which you think and
model the world in your language patterns.
Accordingly, deleting the following language patterns
from your vocabulary (they are your own confining language
patterns, copied from your original post) - in external speech
and writing BUT ESPECIALLY in internal dialogue - will
change the way you perceive the world:
i can't change
complete ****
thought i will
nothing works for me
nothing changes in my state
nothing changed
You do the deletion by being aware and stopping yourself
(and noticing in what cir***stances - anchor activation -
the patterns arise) OR you use some specialized
interrupt techniques if you don't have the necessary awareness.
Words provide sonic micro metaphors for actual
sensory expeirence.
To get the 'awareness', write the following words
on a card, put it in your pocket and read it out twice
every time you come across it. In doing so, you
you initiate search for the perceptive (sense) pathways
that you have already associated (anchored) to these
words - and the (positive) 'state' they refer to will ultimately
come into physical manifestation:
awareness sensitivity sharpness perception
wit intelligence keenness interest attention
cognizance mindfulness realization
