It's a contraction of =BFQu=E9 h=FAbole? (what happened to you?)   The more
current form would be =BFQu=E9 pas=F3?

Modern Spanish doesn't stick pronouns like "le" on the ends of
preterit forms anymore.  =BFQu=E9 h=FAbole? to me sounds very quaint and
friendly!
