Sure, Puerto Ricans are Spanish speakers. There are also plenty of English
speakers in PR. But when you say there are few risks to them in moving
to
the mainland, well, duh.... Anyway, if that WAS your point, why didn't
you
just say so the first time? Of course, you also could have been specific
about the risks you think they don't face.
Though you didn't say emigrate or illegally, it's a fact that illegal
emigration (by Cubans making the attempt for US shores in a dinghy, for
example) is certainly risky. And it's also a fact that many millions of
Puerto Ricans HAVE emigrated north. New York City is a prime example....
