(you just type, select, copy, then paste)
Sending as "plain text" won't work --- see result of 1st test above.
Sending as "HTML" and using either "Unicode" or "As is" choices appears to
work (see tests 2 and 3).
Of course, when reading the posting, you have to click on "View", select
"Encoding", then select "Arabic" . . .
P.S. ---- I'm using Windows XP and Outlook Express; this may not work on
other systems or programs . . .
