Note:
' = lower glottal stop (like what happens to the "tt's" when a Cockney
says
"bottle of beer")
dh = hard "th" as in "those"
a: = "a" as in cat, but slightly lengthened
ke = like in "keg"
i: = like "ee" in "sleep"
/'a:dha:n/ (accent on 1st syllable) = ears
/kebi:ra/ (accent on 2nd syllable) = big
