To read the letters ("characters" is really the wrong word), maybe you
have 
to click on "View", then click on "Encoding", then click on 
rabic"   ------ at least that's how it works on my system (using Windows
XP 
and Outlook Express for newsgroups.
As for just dropping it into that Wikipedia article ----- no.
I don't have the nerve to use Wikipedia just so you can read it --- it
will 
confuse too many people.
