Learning to Speak Arabic

assalaamu 'alaikum Ladies and Gentlemen!

I believe I have good knowledge of the grammar of Modern Standard
Arabic and can read and write the language.

I am interested in learning to speak the language which will be most
useful to me to communicate with any Arab? Can you suggest firstly
whether I should be learning MSA alone or an Arabic dialect alone or
MSA+a dialect?

Secondly, living in Cambridge****re, England (UK), what type of course
would be most suitable?

I would appreciate any help from you experts in your language!
