Dear Mr. Yousaf,

Permit me to disagree with you here. I don't think that the construct
has anything to do with this. You originally said that "subHaan-a" was
a known in the accusative. So, when the -ka is added, one gets
"subHaan-a-ka". If we had "subHaab-un", the construct would be
subHaan-u-ka.

After you had explained to me that "subHaan-a" is a noun in the
accusative, immediately "illaah-a" came to my mind as in "laa-ilaah-a".
But this is the "laa" which negates the whole class of nouns. My
question is this. Apart from "subHaan-a", do you know of any other
examples where this kind of noun in the accusative is used in the
positive sense (without laa(?
