Hello,

The expression "adapt=E9es au bien-=EAtre" doesn't mean anything to a
French ; from the quotations found by Google it's a Belgian
expression. It's probably a translation of "welfare" meaning like in
English well-being of a person, and wealth of a nation ; in France
"bien-=EAtre" only refers to well-being
