Correct.

In writing or formal speech, "ne vous êtes-vous pas passé de X"
is the "canonical" form.

In informal speech, you're more likely to hear "vous vous en
passiez bien, non ?", "comment vous faisiez quand vous n'aviez
pas de X ?", "comment vous faisiez quand vous n'en aviez pas ?",
"vous vous êtes débrouillé sans X, non ?", etc. Substitute
"comment faisiez-vous" for "comment vous faisiez" for a somewhat
less informal tone.
