Hello,
I also have had a challenge finding suitable reading material for my
level. I recently re-posted the audio ****tion of a VERY good French
course, French in Action. If you know how to download audio files, go
to alt.binaries.world-languages Newsgroup and grab the French in
Action audios. (It's a two year college course, but starts VERY simply
and progresses rapidly) The videos are on the web in numerous places,
http://yalepress.yale.edu/yupbooks/FiA/FrenchinAction.html
apparently
has streaming video, but I've not tried it.
Hope this helps
