That is interesting, particularly in light of the fact that I have never
before had such an experience before. I have seen many people who have
this problem (my wife) but always considered myself above all this. I
frequently have to repeat a word many times before she picks out the
difference.

No. Maybe it's not a palace but the word looks something Touleries but
I don't have the correct spelling at hand.

Not at all. If it's a human voice, I presume it is correct. If it's a
computer, it could be wrong. It is a matter of evaluating the results.
