Please help: Proper spelling

Dear list:

On a CD I own, I have found the Irish (?) track title

    Caoimhneagdh Roisin

Unfortunately, I was not able to find out what these two words mean,
and I am not even sure that they were spelled correctly by the CD
producers.  (For example, didn't they miss some accents?)  I would
very much appreciate any comments on this matter.
