Roughly translated,

Go n-éirí an bóthar leat. (May the the road rise to you.)
Go raibh an chóir ghaoithe i gcónaí leat. (May the wind always be with
you.)
Go dtaitní an ghrian go bog ar do aghaidh, (May the sun ****ne softly on
your
face,)
agus gcuire an bháisteach go bog ar do ghoirt. (And rain fall softly on
your
fields.)
Agus go gcasfar le chéile sinn arís, (And until we meet again,)
go gcoinní Dia i mbosa a láimhe thú. (May God hold you in the palm of his
hand.)

Anyone care to improve it?
