Well, this is how I would start a cease and desist letter, legal style.
Question arises: Is that the intent?
Less auspicious, universal beginning would be: "Szanowny Panie:" with the
name of the recipient in the header of the letter. Note that European
letter
heading format is different from that used in N. America ....
