Another Pulaski Parade has come and gone in New York City. Its always
good to see the Polish Unite on this wonderful day to honor our special
hero Casimir Pulaski. Its also good to see that the Polish National Home
in Hartford is still having a celebration for Kosciuszko - Pulaski Day
even with no radio broadcast! Jimmy Sturr still played at the PNH but it
was even better when he played there LIVE on the radio for all to hear!
The broadcast was ended after 73 years but life still goes on at the
home in Hartford which is a good thing! I also heard that the party to
toast Johnny Prytko of Manchester for 50 years in Polka Music at the PNH
on Sunday Sept. 30 had a Full House! Way To Go Johnny! I wish I could
have made it to the party but I had to work. Best Wishes and Sto Lat
Johnny from all of us at The Polish American World! When in the area
stop by the home on 60 Charter Oak Avenue in Hartford for a Polish
dinner and a drink. You can call them at 860-247-1784 to see whats on
the menu. Thats all for this week friends! Dziekuje i Bog Zaplac! ~Tom
