It's my fisrt Maths assinment and I need help with the triangles section!!!
(By the way, I'm aussie so sorry If I "pronounce" things differently. We
call it Maths over here.
Here are some questions I need help with:
-Draw a right angled triangle and lable it (triangle) ABC. Add side and
angle markings.
((UM HELLO. We haven't even been doing maths for a month yet!!!))
-In the space below, draw and lable (triangle)ABC so that it is isosceles
and acute angled. Mkae sure you include revelant angle and side-length
markings.
((WHAT.THE.HECK????))
-Is it possible to have a right-angled isosceles triangle? If so, draw
one.
((AHHHHH))
-Name the two properties that classify a quadrilateral as a square.
((C'mon.. you guys are in university. HELP??))
-Explain how a triangle can be classified according to the size of its
angles.
((I know. I'm such a dumb person =D))
-Is it possible for a polyhedron to have 12 faces, 14 vertices and 12
edges? Explain your reasoning. HINT: Use your understanding of Euler's
rule for a polyhedron in your explanation.
((WHO IS EULER??))
-Test Euler's rule (F+V-E=2) for the truncated octahedron.
((More of this Euler guy? What the...?)
Thats about it. I can understand the rest, but I need some help on these!!
Thanks,
