I think the root of your difficulties may be that this is not a
problem about area; it's a problem about perimeter. The fence goes
around the area, it doesn't cover the area.

So 1 metre costs 20 pounds.
The fence will be 25+75+25+75 = 200 metres (without allowing for a
gate). A 20 pounds per, the cost is 4000 pounds.

Please, please, in future show us wheat you did and what answer you
got. We can give you *far* better help in that way, because we can
point out the specific error you're making. You learn much more this
