Recall F(n) = 1*3*5*...*(2*n - 1) so
F(n+1) = 1*3*5*...*(2*n - 1)*(2*(n + 1) - 1) =
1*3*5*...*(2*n - 1)*(2*n + 1) =
F(n)*(2*n + 1).

While you're at it, in a similar way, G(n + 1) = G(n)*(2*n + 2).

Now, use your induction hypothesis and the fact that 2*n + 1 < 2*n + 2.
