Internet Time ( Beats )

The Swatch Co.of Biel (Sp?) Switzerland has proposed a new time system
where the day is divided into a thousand equal periods or "Beats". The
Internet time as defined by Swatch is the same everywhere, which in of
itself is a GREAT leap forward. E-mail for a copy of my program for
computing Internet time from your computer's time.
