Very easy...
Vc = Vx(1-e^(-t/RC))
divide by V
Vc/V = 1-e^(-t/RC)
put e^() left, Vc/V right
e^(-t/RC) = 1- Vc/V
natural logarithm (log with base e, somewhere ln)
ln (e^(-t/RC)) = ln(1 - Vc/v)
From ln x^n = n*ln x and ln(e) = 1 we have
-t/RC = ln (1 - Vc/V)
and it is trivialy to show
t = - RC * ln (1 - Vc/V)
I'll hope that I didn't make error.
