This is NOT new behavior at all.  Does anyone remember the scandals in
1973 and 1983 (Rep Gerry Studds, Democrat of Massachusetts, with a
male page in 1973, and Rep Dan Crane, Republican of Illinois, with a
female page circa 1983)?
